Gui Mendonça

Guilherme Mendonca, is from Três Pontas in the state of Minas Gerais, center south of Brazil, the same town as our well known musician, Milton Nascimento. He lives in a beautiful mountain side area which includes the Matutu Valley, very inspirational to his musical insights, which includes playing the tambour, an oriental string instrument from India, very much like a sitar, and also the afro-indo percussion. Guilherme has travelled to India, and is also a very talented artist from the stained glass scene, creating beautiful prisms and mandalas of many different colors and forms.
